We're searching for a diligent and dependable office assistant to provide administrative support, data entry and customer service. Your primary responsibility will be scanning and recording all incoming mail and faxes, updating the Firm calendar, and opening and maintaining electronic and physical client files. Another important function will be to assist with handling calls from potential clients using our established scripts and forms. You'll also make court and bank runs and provide backup support for telephones and outgoing mail and faxes.

Applicants should be extremely thorough and detail-oriented as mistakes can't be tolerated in this crucial position. Our ideal candidate is great on the phone, a naturally compassionate and empathetic listener and has a dedication to customer service and a passion for helping those in need. You must also be tech-savvy and know how to navigate common business applications like MS Office, Adobe and Zoom. Qualifications

Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
